At Gio's Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
